For nearly five years, Michelle has been a dependable and valued member of our team whose positive attitude and strong work ethic make a difference every day. Michelle is the type of coworker who always steps up when needed. Whether it’s helping to set up the cafeteria when someone is running late or checking in on coworkers during busy times, she consistently shows a willingness to help without being asked. Her awareness of what needs to get done and her team-first mindset help our daily routines run smoothly and efficiently. One of Michelle’s greatest strengths is the strong rapport she has built with students. She connects with them in a way that earns both their respect and cooperation while helping maintain a positive and orderly environment. Michelle balances being firm and fair with being understanding and supportive, and students respond well to her approach. This is especially important during busy lunch periods, where she often steps in to manage the lunch line calmly and effectively when extra support is needed. Michelle’s flexibility and professionalism truly set her apart. Whether helping in the cafeteria, monitoring hallways and bathrooms, or filling in wherever coverage is needed, she approaches every responsibility with care and reliability.
